THE OFF-COURT PROJECT (OCP)

OCP is back for its fifth year — but this time, it’s different. We’ve kept the foundations that make OCP elite — proven programming, world-class coaching, and state-of-the-art facilities — and taken it up a level. Expect more competition, more rewards, and more motivation. This isn’t just off-season training, it’s a high-performance environment designed to push you harder, keep you accountable, and make you better than ever. Year 5 of OCP is built to challenge you, drive you, and deliver results.

12 weeks

  • Basketball specific sessions, building resilience, strength, power, and conditioning.

The 12 weeks is split into 3× 4-week phases:

1 - Isometric: building the frame

2 - Eccentric: applying the brakes

3 - Concentric: installing the engine

  • Pre and Post testing to track development over the course of the project - using the latest testing equipment and science to measure speed, power, and relative strength.

Elite Coaches

  • The founder of OG Athletic Performance - this is the fifth year that Josh (OG) has run this Project, and every year we see improvements on the science and delivery, not just the data from the athletes.

Customised for you

  • The first session of the Project sees athletes undertake a series of testing, which identifies areas for improvement and needs for custom programming in phases carried out for the 12 weeks.

  • Athletes will train as a group 3x a week at PEAQ:

Mondays and Wednesdays 7pm; and Saturday mornings for conditioning and recovery.
